Ian Tsung-Yen Chen (陳宗巖) is a PhD student in the International Doctoral Program in Asia-Pacific Studies of National Chengchi University in Taiwan and project coordinator in the secretariat of Taiwan Participatory Group, Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP). He earned his MA in East Asian studies from Stanford University. He works in the fields of international relations, international political economy, international organizations, game theory and quantitative analysis with a focus on East Asia. His current research focuses on the convergence and divergence of international financial regulation.
