打造雲林為綠色經濟之都

世界各國的連結越來越緊密，交流的障礙越來越少，雖然這股潮流推升了世界發展，但在國界日益模糊之下，也帶來新的衝擊，對依賴國際社會甚深的台灣，必須做好準備迎接這些挑戰，這些挑戰包括全球暖化、能源危機、自由貿易的衝擊、科技進步、老年化、少子化與國際移民增加等。台灣的雲林在面對這些趨勢之下，所受到的影響相當大。本文將從雲林的角度，來檢視這些趨勢對雲林的衝擊，以及雲林各方面的發展現況，最後提出雲林能夠在這些挑戰中，利用其優勢找尋發展契機，創造出一個綠色的雲林、永續的雲林、樂活的雲林。

Abstract

Connections among countries around the world are becoming increasingly close, and barriers to exchange are decreasing. Although this trend has promoted global development, the blurring of national borders has also brought new challenges. Taiwan, which is deeply dependent on the international community, must be prepared to face these challenges, including global warming, energy crises, the impact of free trade, technological progress, population aging, declining birth rates, and increasing international migration. Yunlin, Taiwan, is significantly affected by these trends. This article examines the impact of these trends on Yunlin from Yunlin?s perspective, reviews the current state of development in various areas, and finally proposes how Yunlin can use its advantages to find opportunities amid these challenges and create a green, sustainable, and livable Yunlin.
