Ian Tsung-Yen Chen (陳宗巖) is Associate Professor of Institute of Political Science at National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan. He earned his Ph.D. degree in the International Doctoral Program in Asia-Pacific Studies of National Chengchi University in Taiwan and got his M.A. degree in East Asian studies from Stanford University. He works in the fields of international relations, international political economy, international organizations, game theory and quantitative analysis with a focus on East Asia. His current research focuses on the convergence and divergence of international financial regulation.
